The 23 year-old, awarded with Artist of the Year honors at the annual Funk Awards, has performed with or supported Kanye West, James Brown (R.I.P.), Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea, DJ Q-Bert, The Scratch Perverts, Joseph Bowie (Defunkt), Good Charlotte, Lew Soloff (Blood, Sweat and Tears) and The Coup. Felix is also a familiar face in the ranks of the Finnish Grammy-winning and platinum-selling Don Johnson Big Band, and a member of the jazz group Iiro Rantala New Trio.
Besides Europe Felix has rocked stages in Japan, Australia, China, South Korea, Singapore, El Salvador, New Zealand, Mexico etc. In addition, Felix has been featured in TV performances broadcasted for crowds of more than 150 million people worldwide.
At the moment he’s working on his debut album due to be released in 2010. It’s gonna be dope.
